  As longstanding customers of Dymocks, myself and my family have enjoyed finding books in a comfortable environment, however an experience today in The Glen completely let down our opinions of what we thought was a great bookshop. As an avid book reader I often read the first two or three pages of a book to see if I like the writing style yet one of the workers thought it necessary to be completely rude and dismissive in telling me that "Dymocks was not a library and if we wanted to read anything to leave to visit the library down the road". I've often enjoyed the friendliness and passion of workers in bookshops and this woman's tone was an upsetting change in what we are used to. It turned us completely off making the purchases we had ventured there to get and as someone who would normally speak highly of Dymocks I'd suggest that you venture to find staff who know how to treat customers with a bit of respect and kindness.

  An excellent range of books, DVDs etc. I could spend an afternoon in here if I didn't have to work!
