  Worst service...it has become a joke to waste people's time....i have never visited such a pathetic department before except ATO...staff was good but the way people are forced to use the computers by themselves is mind-boggling..

  Amazing service considering there was so many people in the queue. The staffs are very efficient and professional. Doreen who processed our application was very helpful.

  The liaison service desk directs customers to use computers anyway, no matter you are told to bring documents for sighting or need help to answer questions or even do not remember your username... they just stop you being heard by the staff. Very rude and tough with kids too
