Very money hungry! I received a parking fine due to to needing urgent parking to give oakleigh police station a current image of my son who was a missing person at the time, I put it in writing and they had no compassion or understanding the struggles I had faced and refused to withdraw it. They refused due to the fact I should of been aware of the parking signs? Well I'm sorry but what else is can any parent who is frantic and distressed about her sons wellbeing? do I had no where else to park and was not aware that the parking bays were only 15 mins. At least have some compassion and understand that people under extreme circumstances.

They also love leaving rubbish and bins scattered across the road after every weekly collection. Nice one guys

Trying to hire a park through the council involved 2 months in advance warning, and I still had to call several times in advance as there was another event planned at the same time /location. Picking up keys during office hours was a pain. The park was unkempt and not in the condition I asked it to be in (grass mown). Staff were nice enough in person. Parking at the civic centre was a nightmare and had to sign the car in and out so I didn't get a ticket.

True Management Principles dictate Leaders go and do things where the work needs to be done but few or none are willing to do the work. Of course you could delegate the work, but there are some tasks where delegation are not possible given limited resources. Think disruptive business model, like the internet or AirBnB that cuts out the layers of middle men and middle management.

Councils view (in writing) was; its not their problem if their ticketing system fails to notify an owner!

How can one be expected to reasonably act if one is not notified fairly.

Even though I earn a minimum wage, I hope that my acts would create a healthy, clean and fun environment for my family, myself, society including my haters, hackers and enemies.

Oh boy do they love giving out fines. No signs yet they still feel they can give you one for reasons you didn't even know where a thing.

Every dollar I spent in creating job tasks to clean up graffiti creates paid work for town council customer service officers, Mayors, IT staff, Graffiti clean up crew, elimination of safety hazards and layers on layers of propagated benefits to society.

The photo images they sent me do not show any infringement notice attached to my windscreen with any clarity or definition..!

How many politicians walked past a defaced public space which could be a potential safety hazard without doing anything?

Design of Car Park pose as Safety Risk to Road Users--Escalating Graffiti Clean up Requests to Town Council = Job Creation: I see myself spending time, money and effort to escalate Graffiti Clean up requests together with other observations in this blog to the town councils, Chief Executive Officers and regulatory authorities e.g. WorkSafe Victoria as a form of job creation.

Problem is I was never notified at the time of the alleged offence as nothing was attached to the windscreen of my vehicle when I returned to it 3 hours later.

Completely pig headed arrogant staff I unfortunately had to deal with regarding the overall situation....
