Obviously during the event I had people walking past me to notify urself of the problem and actually the noise does not stop at 3G as u suggested to me during our conversation.

Despite its self penned review as being state of the art and accessible, this complex is disappointing. The staff can be difficult and pedantic, as well as inconsistent. My Vision Impaired partner got very excited at the prospect of using the Audio Description which makes all the difference to her experience. It is prominently advertised on the Village Website.

I will say they did settle down when the staff were watching... but I did feel threatened there w my 12 yo next to me.

Village usually goes above and beyond in their gold class cinema and in future that's where I'll attend.

This cinema lacks character style and functionality. And the staff can be quite rude.

My review is about the customer service.

He promptly told me that he will not offer me a refund because this did not interrupt my theatre experience. As I was never going to go there again, that was fine.

    Terrible service ever.

Purchased tickets on online through paypals this morning but couldn't be there on time. I've asked them to make refund for next time but keep insisted that they are not able to make a refund for customers who purchased through paypals. This is the mos awkward and stupid answer I've ever heard. Sucks.

I have a love/hate relationship with this theatre. On the other hand they're probably one of the only theatres near me that shows Asian and anime films. But on the other hand it seems like most of the audiences that come here are completely rude a-holes. In one screening I had one lady behind me shouting at the top of her lungs constantly throughout the film. Then in another screening, I had a couple who constantly talked right next to me that wouldn't shut the hell up. Then in my last screening I had a dude right next to me who would literally pull out his phone every 2 min with a glaringly bright screen that obviously annoyed the hell out of me. Seems like every time I see a movie at this cinema there are an abundance of rude a-hole viewers.

Training is required for these instances.

Every time we have bought tickets, there is one excuse or another why it is not working. 'Would we like to wait ten minutes and see the manager?' Probably not because the feature is starting now.

I went to see Thor today in the 4d cinema. Well as for the 4 d, it will be amazing for some... tbh I felt it a bit jerky in the seats. But nothing to complain about...

After the movie I saw the lovely girl speaking to the manager. I wanted the manager to understand everything she was saying was no word of an exaggeration.

My point is... when people feel uncomfortable during a theatre event it's ur job to sort it out and not assume people are complaining because they want a refund, because that certainly is not the case. I travelled for the 4d cinema and I won't be doing it again

Why do you hardly ever have your list of movies on the screens with times lately? Sometimes you go there and they are up, other times (and quite often) you go to check out whats on, and no list. Do you want us to guess what movies are on??? Very annoying. No one wants to have to ask your staff and try remember the whole lists, then forget half of the list while deliberating. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

When the movie started a couple came in after the beginning of the movie. Phone light on, obnoxious to say the least. This continued over the pleas from the audience members. The lovely girl sitting next to me left to mention it to the staff, on leaving I told her the seats were G 5&6.

So what I'm saying not only did I have a bad theatre experience but your manager felt it ok to insult me for saying anything.

But in thinking about this matter.... I do not c the difference between seats 3G and 2G as far as it goes from the noise from seat, 5&6 G.... and TBH is he lights from their phones were directed right at me...
