  We are returning customers, as we have got a baby turtle from the store and need constant assistance. The staff is extremely supportive, approachable. They have assisted us via emails, over the phone and personally several times. If you are considering to purchase anything they offer, go with them, because it is not only about the one time but about the support and advises that you receive in the long-term.

  I have shopped over many years at this store and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable in all types of animals from the land , water and air. Many times i have asked Vince and Mason about various animals and their husbandry, breeding etc and found them to impart their knowledge freely and the advise to be accurate. Even when i have found the store busy i have seen them take the time to ensure that everyone is served and happy. The staff in my opinion go out of there way to provide their customers with excellent service. I would recommend this store to any friend or person that is looking for good support and knowledge on how to maintain the health of their pet. I also found the pricing to be very good also which is an added bonus.

  THE best specialty pet store around. If you have or want unique pets (snakes, frogs, lizards or even a giant burrowing cockroach this is the store for you. Knowledgeable staff, and the the feeder crickets last twice as long as our local pet store
